These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and zas36 ("Platform", "we"). This document governs how you access and use the zas36 website at https://zas36.one, including all games, promotions, financial services and customer support provided.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the zas36 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, active email address and valid mobile phone number.

• The name registered must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• You must notify zas36 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• zas36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time before processing a withdrawal.

An identity verification process (Know Your Customer or KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a copy of your MyKad and proof of the payment method used.

zas36 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency.

Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM50.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method in the same name as the account.
• Any attempt to process funds from a third party will result in the account being suspended immediately.

All bonuses offered by zas36 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. Users who accept any bonus automatically agree to comply with those conditions.

The zas36 VIP programme has five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, starting from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier up to 1.0% for the Diamond tier. Eligibility to advance to a higher VIP tier is determined based on playing activity and user loyalty.

• Bonuses may not be used for bets that exceed the limits set in the relevant promotion terms.
• zas36 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a user is suspected of abusing the promotions system.
• Any attempt to fulfil wagering requirements through unauthorised methods, including low-risk betting or hedging, is prohibited.

The zas36 platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and lottery. Each game category has its own specific rules subject to the respective game provider.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, zas36 reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round and return the user's bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed in the game interface.
• The use of any automated software, bots or other methods to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• For live casino games, users must follow the dealer's instructions and the table rules in place.

For sports betting, all odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change in line with market movements. Sports betting results are based on the official results of the relevant match.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the zas36 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account at the same time.
• Using another party's account information or payment method without written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation or collusion with other users.
• Using third-party software, scripts or automated programs to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity through the platform.
• Uploading or distributing harmful content, malware or any code that could compromise zas36's systems.
• Abusing promotions through fake registrations, the use of false information or other unauthorised means.

• The user fails to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests within the set timeframe.
• The user's account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete.
